Flipping “Phone Ready” Prospects Into Meetings

Influx, a premium customer support service, was looking to increase outbound meetings booked and pipeline generated by working with the right SDR outsourcing partner, specifically to increase phone activity and efficiency.

The Problem

In Q1 of 2022, Influx re-engineered their script and added new callers that made an even bigger impact.
